Photo Booth Attendants are responsible for picking up the equipment from our Kingston office and safely transporting it to the event venue. Timeliness is key. Arrival is one hour prior to the start of the rental period. The attendant then loads in the equipment and sets up the booth in the specified location. After testing the booth to assure perfection, and displaying the props and other supplies, the booth opens. The attendant stays on site for the duration of the event. Assisting guests using the booth, reprinting photos, changing paper/ink when necessary, and maintaining full functionality of the booth at all times. At the end of the rental period, the jpg files of all of the booth images are uploaded to a flashdrive for the client. The client's balance payment is made (unless already paid in full) and the attendant must collect the balance. The booth is broken down and loaded into your vehicle and then transported back to the office where everything is restocked. Balance payment is deposited into the office safe. Office is locked and secured upon leaving.
